Synergy Volleyball Summer Camps
Synergy Volleyball Club is hosting a Volleyball Summer camps for all athletes from Grades 4 to 12/+.
The focus of the camp is to prepare all athletes for the upcoming school season.

Junior Summer Camp(Going in to Gr 8-9-10)
Dates: August 24 - August 28, 2008
Time: 9:00am to 12:00pm
Elementary Summer Camp(Going into Gr 4-5-6-7)
Dates: August 24 - August 28, 2008
Time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm Senior Summer Camp(Competing at the Gr 11-12-+)
Dates: August 24 - August 28, 2008
Time: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Cost: $125 - receipt provided
Anticipated coach ratio 1:4
Camp will be designed to provide instruction in an age appropriate, fun learning environment.
Skills to be covered will include:
- Proper passing techniques
- Setting
- Footwork
- Serving
- Game Play
Sessions each day will be broken into 3 categories:
SQL Training including beginner, intermediate and an introduction to advanced jump training techniques.
Volleyball Specific Technical
Game Play and Tactical
All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.
Registration will be limited to the first 30 participants.
